Abstract

NOTICE OF SUPERSESSION — Paper 13 v2.0. This version supersedes v1.5 (January 2026). The structural insights v1.5 gestured at — three-phase power as ℤ[ω] arithmetic; 120° phase separation as Pisano-period-3 forced; the icosahedral correspondence with rotating-field topology — have been properly developed in current-discipline papers in the 2I Universe Programme: - Paper 171, The 120° Derivation (10.5281/zenodo.19263413)- Paper 175, The Golden Motor (10.5281/zenodo.19283645)- Paper 198, What Eisenstein Was Tracking (10.5281/zenodo.20069158) Errata in v1.5 (adversarial review, May 2026, 2★): (i) Factual error in §5.1 — the claim that D = 3 is "the only value satisfying D(D+1) = 2·D!" is false; D = 1 also satisfies it (1·2 = 2 = 2·1!). (ii) Wrong physics in §3.1 — composite harmonics do not decompose multiplicatively from prime factors; a 6th harmonic at 6f Hz does not arise from filterable 2f and 3f components, and harmonics combine additively in the Fourier sum. (iii) Overreach in the load-bearing 30° = 90°/D claim — redundant with the standard h = np ± 1 Fourier derivation that v1.5 itself reproduces in §7.4. The genuine contribution (mod-3 phase-sequence classification as ℤ[ω] arithmetic) survives in Paper 198 as worked example. v1.5 is preserved at version-specific DOI 10.5281/zenodo.18136749 for historical reference.
