Abstract

This document establishes a consolidated predictive baseline for verifying the fluid-dynamic properties of the vacuum plenum. By integrating regional expansion variances, filamentary vorticity curves, orbital drag constants, and background acoustic resonances, we provide a unified, falsifiable dataset. These predictions serve as specific markers for data expected from upcoming global space missions between 2026 and 2030, including JWST, Euclid, BepiColombo, LIGO, and the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope. The framework proposes that the vacuum is not an empty void but a low-viscosity medium with a characteristic impedance and a fundamental resonant frequency. By providing high-precision numerical values for anomalous planetary precession, quantized circulation constants, and specific acoustic background peaks, this work provides a definitive "Smoking Gun" for the transition from particle-based dark matter models to a fluid-dynamic vacuum manifold.
