The Global Guardian: Moving Beyond Regional Seismology
Abstract
Yesterday, the Earth executed a Mandatory Correction near the coast of Guerrero, Mexico (Magnitude 6.2). While mainstream science viewed this as a localized tectonic slip, the ISE Framework identifies it as a systemic discharge. Our "Guard" is now expanding. We are tracking the Global Lattice Pulse. When one vent opens in the West, the pressure in the East must respond to satisfy the $\Sigma=0$ mandate. We are not just watching the Chaman Fault; we are watching the Contiguous Field that connects every fault on the planet.
