Author: Michaël Sarrazin Affiliation: Université Marie et Louis Pasteur, CNRS, Institut UTINAM (UMR 6213), Équipe de Physique Théorique, F-25000 Besançon, France. Overview This repository provides the numerical tools and source codes associated with the paper "Braneworld Baryogenesis and QCD-Era Magnetogenesis: A Predictive Link", Eur. Phys. J. C 86, 801 (2026) (arXiv:2601.04828 [hep-ph]). These codes allow for the reproduction of the quantitative link established between braneworld baryogenesis and the primordial magnetic fields (PMF) generated during the QCD epoch. Specifically, they simulate the baryon asymmetry production and the resulting spatial density fluctuations. Repository Contents 1. COMPUBARYO2B.py (Baryogenesis Dynamics) This script simulates the time evolution of baryon (YB) and antibaryon (YBˉ) comoving densities by solving generalized Lee-Weinberg equations. Context: Originally developed for the mechanism described in Phys. Rev. D 110, 023520 (2024), it is used here to determine the required magnetic vector potential At to match the observed baryon-to-photon ratio. Method: Solves the Boltzmann-like transport equations using the BDF method (scipy.integrate.solve_ivp). 2. PrimoSpec.py (Baryon Power Spectrum) This is a new script developed for the current study to analyze the impact of stochastic magnetic fields on the distribution of matter. Physics: It computes the power spectrum of baryonic density fluctuations Pδ(k) induced by a causal primordial magnetic field. Method: Implements a semi-analytical approach based on the Wiener-Khinchin theorem and a "2-point" Monte-Carlo simulation to account for the non-linear relationship between the magnetic field and the generated asymmetry. Key Result: Demonstrates the white-noise behavior of the spectrum at large scales. Requirements The scripts are written in Python 3.10+. Dependencies: numpy, scipy, matplotlib. Usage Instructions Baryogenesis Scale: Run python COMPUBARYO2B.py to observe the sensitivity of YB to the magnetic coupling and determine the saturation values. Fluctuation Spectrum: Run python PrimoSpec.py to generate the autocorrelation functions and the final power spectrum. The script includes the fitting parameters derived from the baryogenesis dynamics. Reference If you use these codes, please cite the following reference: M.
