Abstract

ABSTRACT The Harmonic Scale Framework (HSF) is a structural theoretical framework that investigates whether fundamental features of physical reality—such as mass, stability, coupling strengths, and characteristic constants—can be understood as consequences of geometric and wave-based admissibility constraints rather than as independent postulates. HSF introduces a five-channel architecture (K1–K5) of coupled wave fields defined on a shared, volume-preserving oblate spheroidal domain. Within this setting, physical systems are described as dynamically realized configurations selected from structurally admissible states. Quantum mechanics and relativity are assumed to be fully correct and unmodified; HSF operates as a deeper structural layer that constrains which realizations are physically stable and persistent. FRAMEWORK OVERVIEW 1. Structural Channels K1 (Localization): matter and fermionic wave modes K2 (Interaction): electromagnetic and radiative coupling K3 (Collective): binding, lattice, and nuclear coherence K4 (Neutrofield): structurally bound energy associated with mass and inertia K5 (Coswave): global timing, synchronization, and boundary guidance 2. Geometry and Boundary Conditions Common geometry: volume-preserving oblate spheroid (reference flattening $f \approx 0.02$) Unified boundary $S$ imposing: Dirichlet constraints on K1–K3 Robin-type coupling on K4 Neumann and guided Helmholtz conditions on K5 This shared boundary determines admissible mode spectra and cross-channel coherence. 3. Structural Dynamics Each channel is modeled by a second-order wave equation with intrinsic frequencies and asymmetric couplings. Energy exchange is governed by relative phase alignment rather than force mediation. Stable matter corresponds to phase-retuned configurations minimizing cross-channel mismatch. 4. Constants and Scales Physical constants (e.g. $c$, $\hbar$, $\alpha$, $G$) are not altered. HSF investigates whether their observed values can be consistently interpreted as structural outcomes of boundary geometry and channel coupling. 5. Gravity and Interaction Electromagnetic phenomena emerge from K2 phase structure. Gravitation is interpreted as a K4–K5 timing curvature effect, reproducing known Newtonian and relativistic limits without introducing additional degrees of freedom. 6. Matter and Mass Matter is described as a long-lived, multi-channel wave configuration. Mass corresponds to structurally bound energy stabilized through retuning, consistent with relativistic and quantum principles. METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES Core physics remains unmodified: quantum mechanics and relativity are taken as exact. Structural scope: HSF constrains realization and stability, not fundamental dynamics. Testability: all K1–K5 claims imply falsifiable spectral or coupling signatures. Open horizon: non-physical layers (e.g. identity-related or phenomenological domains) are explicitly separated from the physical core and do not enter energy accounting. SIGNIFICANCE HSF provides a unifying structural perspective on 3D physical phenomena by emphasizing geometry, coherence, and admissibility as organizing principles. It aims to complement existing physical theories by offering a deeper explanation of stability, scale separation, and constant structure, while remaining empirically disciplined and open to falsification. CITATION The Harmonic Scale Framework (HSF): Structural Foundations and Core Physical Consistency, v1.0, 2025. Release, Governance, and Patent Status The Harmonic Scale Framework (HSF) is released as an open, non-proprietary scientific framework.Core theoretical content is publicly available and intended for unrestricted research use. Patent waiver and defensive publication status of HSF are defined in a separate document,“HSF — Universal Defensive Publication & Open Research Charter (CC0 1.0)”,which places the disclosed methods and structures into the public domain and establishes prior art preventing subsequent patent claims. Conceptual integrity, naming, and participation in future updates or cooperative development are governed separately under“HSF — Use, Integrity, and Stewardship”. Certain integrative or canonical syntheses of HSF are maintained as living documents and are shared selectively to preserve full structural coherence. mail: harmonicscaleframework@ gmail.com
