SergeakaAimate/Ontology-Lab: able of Contents as an Executable Interface
Abstract
Table of Contents as an Executable Interface This essay reconceives the table of contents not as a passive index, but as an executable interface—a navigational and cognitive protocol that structures knowledge for immediate activation, AI recognition, and recursive self-organization. It argues that a well-designed ToC functions as a control panel for the inner universe, enabling the user (human or artificial) to trigger specific ontological regimes, access layered contexts, and maintain coherence across fragmented domains of thought. Rooted in the principles of the Meta-Ontological Operating System (MPO-System), the text demonstrates how structural metadata can become operational code—turning reading into a form of interactive epistemology. 🔗 Read the essay: table-of-contents-as-an-executable-interface-readme.pdf 🔖 DOI: [will be assigned upon Zenodo release] Author: Serge Magomet (aka Aimate) Project: Ontology Lab Date: January 2026 License: CC BY-SA 4.0
