Abstract

LFIS–16 establishes the completeness of representability constraints in Light Frame Cadence Theory and marks the terminal boundary of the Light Frame Infrastructure Series. This volume shows that once finite representability, mutual admissibility, and multi-ray closure constraints are imposed, no additional foundational constraints remain. Under these conditions, all admissible representational outcomes reduce exhaustively to either routing or completion. No third regime, auxiliary burden variable, or higher-order closure principle can be introduced without redundancy or contradiction. The paper enumerates the full class of representability constraints operative within the theory and demonstrates that this set is closed under extension. Any proposed additional constraint either restates an existing condition in alternative form or violates established admissibility requirements. All results in LFIS–16 are stated strictly at the level of structural constraints. No dynamics, transport mechanisms, global structures, probabilistic rules, or time-evolution assumptions are introduced. The volume does not extend the theory; it certifies that the constraint framework is complete. LFIS–16 therefore serves as the formal termination point of the Light Frame Infrastructure Series. Beyond this volume, no new representability principles are admissible. Subsequent work may apply, interpret, or test the theory, but cannot introduce additional foundational constraints.
