Effective Spatial Subdivision and the Condition $H(t)t=1$ within a Continuous Cosmological Framework
Abstract
This record serves as a private backup of a phenomenological and observational consistency study examining an effective interpretation of late-time cosmology. The manuscript investigates whether the simple geometric condition $H(t)t=1$ can be consistently implemented within a continuous Friedmann--Lemaître cosmological framework when cosmic expansion is interpreted, at the level of description, as a process of effective spatial subdivision. No assumption is made regarding a fundamentally discrete nature of spacetime, and no modification of general relativity is introduced. Using baryon acoustic oscillation (BAO) distance measurements and the angular scale of the cosmic microwave background (CMB), the analysis demonstrates that the proposed effective description reproduces current geometric observations without internal inconsistency. The framework is intentionally phenomenological and is not presented as evidence for microscopic discreteness. This version is intended exclusively for archival and timestamping purposes. It does not constitute a public claim and is maintained as a private backup prior to external dissemination.
