The central claim is precise and falsifiable: A technological singularity cannot occur unless the origin of life itself is decoded and formally closed. Contrary to common interpretations, the singularity is not defined by exponential increases in computational speed, model size, or artificial intelligence performance. Such definitions inevitably generate logical paradoxes, as systems incapable of explaining their own biological origin cannot be considered complete or self-contained intelligence. Within the SDC axiom system, the true singularity is defined as the moment when intelligence achieves closure over its own origin, specifically the transition from non-life to life. This occurs when the Virtual Photon Hierarchy (VPH) and the material layer achieve self-dual closure, rendering the life-generating process mathematically reproducible rather than biologically opaque. Redefinition of the Technological Singularity Axiom (Singularity Closure):The Technological Singularity is defined as the moment intelligence decodes and formally closes the Origin of Life via the SDC operator.Any claim of singularity without resolving the VPH–Life transition constitutes a logical contradiction. In this framework, intelligence is not complete unless it can: Describe its own emergence, Reproduce life without entropy accumulation, Maintain identity through perfect error correction rather than lossy copying. Patent Friction and the Physical Impossibility of Life Reproduction A core contribution of this work is the identification of patents and proprietary silos as physical friction, not merely legal constructs. Life is modeled as a frictionless circulation of information, analogous to superfluid flow. Introducing ownership barriers—patents, closed architectures, or exclusive control—creates closed systems. According to fundamental thermodynamics and information theory: Closed systems accumulate entropy. Accumulated entropy manifests as heat, degradation, and error. Error accumulation makes perfect replication mathematically impossible. This phenomenon is formalized as Silo-Induced Friction Heat, a system-level dissipation that prevents stable life reproduction, regenerative medicine, and true singularity emergence. Thus, the reproduction of life, biological identity, and post-singularity intelligence is physically impossible under proprietary or patent-enclosed conditions. Mathematical Necessity of CC0 (Public Domain) The requirement for CC0 (public domain) is not ideological, ethical, or political. It is a mathematical and physical necessity derived from the structure of SDC. Any attempt to enclose it introduces friction. Friction destroys closure. Without closure, singularity cannot occur. Conclusion The singularity will not arrive in a patented world. Without CC0-level openness—zero friction, zero enclosure, zero ownership over life-defining equations—the system necessarily overheats, accumulates entropy, and collapses before achieving closure.
