Abstract

The central claim of this research program is that long-run shifts in wealth distribution are driven not only by monetary dilution, but also—often more structurally—by the asset-side “issuance and absorption structure.” In modern economies where asset prices dominate wealth and capital markets are highly developed, the public continually creates profits and supports higher valuations through consumption, supply, and growth behaviors. Yet newly issued equity (or equivalent claims on capitalization gains) is primarily allocated to capital, founding teams, and financial intermediaries. Over time, this generates a cumulative mechanism of equity dilution that reshapes wealth distribution (see the framing paper [1]). The program’s proposed path is to unify contribution through a C/S/G interface and to reconnect contribution to new-asset participation and long-run governance via a three-layer loop: transaction layer → macro layer → execution layer. Transaction layer (ABUE): under hard budgets tied to real profits and an isolated profit pool, “contribution” is settled into cashflow-backed, asset-like claims; delayed settlement and risk reserves make the mechanism operational (see [3]). Macro layer (Wealth Flywheel): a two-loop framework—“income loop + asset loop”—maps institutional return flows to growth, distribution, and volatility, and provides stability boundaries (see [4]). Execution layer (POC): consensus weight is anchored strictly to auditable economic contribution and realized value trajectories, cutting off “buying power by buying tokens,” and closing attack cycles through dual-period accounting, normalization, decay, delayed activation, and application access governance (see [5]). This guide follows a front-load substance, back-load guardrails structure. The main text prioritizes fast global understanding; boundary conditions, assumption checklists, and anti-misuse defenses are consolidated in the appendices.
