Abstract

Abstrac This paper extends the Law of Non-Merger of Super-Institutions (LNMSI) from the institutional and governance level to the civilizational scale. Integrated with CSE (The Cognitive Split Era) and CSD (Cognitive Species Divergence), Civilizational LNMSI formalizes a non-reversible constraint: once intelligence evolution enters world-line bifurcation, any attempt to recompress differentiated high-order systems into a unified structure will trigger systemic failure, degeneration, or external veto. The paper reframes civilizational “unification failures” not as contingent political outcomes, but as structural intelligence safeguards, and establishes LNMSI as a feasibility law governing post-CSE civilization design.
