Abstract

النص الكامل للكتاب متاح عبر الناشر الرسمي (المركز الديمقراطي العربي – برلين) على الرابط التالي: https://democraticac.de/?p=88682 Summary:Climate justice has become one of the most important and high-profile issues on international agendas, particularly those related to climate change issues. The climate justice approach seeks to reconcile: First: The need to mitigate and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.Second: The need to change inherited systems of material extraction, transport, distribution, power generation, goods production, service delivery, consumption methods, disposal methods, and financing. Climate justice is only a combination of human rights and climate change. Human rights, where it aims primarily to protect human rights that have been affected by climate change. Climate justice is therefore the best way to achieve a fair distribution of burdens and costs between developed, industrial and poor countries on the one hand. It also rebalances and preserves human rights on the other. But what will that be like amidst many challenges and differences between climate justice and its principles, and human rights and their application in today’s realities???The full text of the book is available through the official publisher (Democratic Arab Center – Berlin) at: https://democraticac.de/?p=88682
