Observed Dipole Asymmetry and TEF-Phase Drift (CMB vs CatWISE)
Abstract
\begin{abstract} Recent measurements of the quasar and radio-source dipole (CatWISE, NVSS, RACS) reveal an amplitude two to three times larger than the kinematic dipole inferred from the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB). While the standard $\Lambda$CDM cosmology predicts their coincidence, the TGIU (Teoria Gravito-Informațională Universală/ Universal Gravitational Informational Theory) framework interprets this discrepancy as a small, bounded residual in the equilibrium force field (TEF), representing a finite informational phase drift between coherence ($\Phi$) and entropy ($S$) curvature modes. The result constitutes a direct, testable signature of incomplete curvature synchronization in a finite, equilibrating universe. \end{abstract}
