Intrinsic Observation in the Computational Resource Finiteness Hypothesis (CRFH): An Effective Field-Theoretic Description of State Fixation via Resource Contention
Abstract
This paper develops an effective field theory (EFT) formulation and theoretical extension based on the Computation Resource Finiteness Hypothesis (CRFH), as proposed in prior research. The constraints on computational resources, assumed to underlie physical phenomena, are mathematically formalized, allowing decoherence and measurement processes in quantum mechanics to be described as consequences of resource reallocation processes governed by the system's saturation level $\sigma$. Specifically, strong measurements are interpreted as exclusive occupation of computational resources (Lock), while weak measurements are treated as non-blocking reads (Non-blocking Read), providing a structural understanding of the quantum-to-classical transition. The main objective of this work is to systematically integrate CRFH with existing physical laws, elevating it from a conceptual framework to a physically grounded structural hypothesis that is amenable to experimental verification.
