Structural Entropy Saturation as a Regularization Mechanism for Nonlinear Field Dynamics
Abstract
This addendum is intended as a phenomenological extension of the SR–SE framework presented in 10.5281/zenodo.18131544. This work introduces Structural Entropy Saturation (SR–SE), a phenomenological framework in which physical fields evolve under constraints imposed by finite informational capacity. The model proposes that nonlinear instabilities are regulated by entropy-dependent stabilization mechanisms that activate prior to singularity formation. Applications to the three-dimensional Navier–Stokes equations provide a physical explanation for observed regularity in turbulent flows, while application to non-Abelian gauge fields yields a natural interpretation of a finite excitation scale consistent with the Yang–Mills mass gap. The framework introduces no new adjustable parameters and remains compatible with existing experimental and observational results. This contribution does not claim a formal mathematical proof of the Millennium Problems but offers a coherent physical mechanism explaining why singular behavior is suppressed in physically realized systems. An addendum applies the SR–SE framework to low-acceleration spacecraft anomalies (Pioneer and Earth flyby effects) as phenomenological tests of informational viscosity.
