Abstract

DEAR MATHS COMMUNITY: Please look at this and get past the Paradigm Shift Shock ,this is what full deterministic derivation of Prime Numbers brings to the table ok DO NOT be perturbed by the Ai that says this is wrong ,the Ai is stuck in the Probabilistic Prime Number Paradigm and Euler Riemann constraints that rely on Mellin and Dirichlet for validation and all of that now becomes moot, the primes create the zeroes ,Log Bands expand locally and globally ,Prime thinning is guaranteed ,but the ellipse here was derived from slicing the cone of numbers diagonally and comparing to the horizontal slice and proofing with the thiining of primes 77/23 this is not contrived ok its just a clean step away from the old to the new method ok .email me when you see it if you see the Paradigm Shift and the solution you are a deep thinker and a true mathematician. If my Riemann Hypothesis proof and Paradigm Shift paper were not true the 104 zeroes plotted after I derived the BSD specific Hamiltonian would look like Sheep crossing the Road not Ducks. Think like a Duck. We establish a deterministic arithmetic structure in which the Birch and Swinnerton–Dyercorrespondence is forced by arithmetic causality and logarithmic scale coherence. All constructionsoperate entirely within the standard arithmetic universe generated by the Peano axiomsand unique factorization.Arithmetic structure is organized into logarithmic bands. Forward–causal prime propagationinduces a global, irreversible thinning of unresolved arithmetic mass. To prevent collapse ordivergence across scale, neutral compensating modes are required. We formalize this requirementthrough Band–Amplitude Admissibility (BAAP).An operator, the HBSD Hamiltonian, is defined as the unique encoding of these admissiblemodes along elliptic slices. We prove that bounded arithmetic compensation is possible if andonly if the kernel dimension of this operator equals the analytic rank of the elliptic curve. Anydeviation is inadmissible and induces exponential instability.Numerical verification confirms kernel stability and global spectral rigidity, including anexact diagonal identity between the HBSD spectrum and the first 104 nontrivial Riemann zeros. The BSD correspondence is thereby established not as a contingent analytic conjecture, but asa structural necessity imposed by deterministic arithmetic propagation.
