Abstract

We formulate TDHCF as an effective bulk–brane transfer scaffold: a parent-bulk hydrodynamic trigger opens a channel that injects excitations into a daughter brane, encodedby a source term Qν and constrained by global-time bookkeeping. We define MVC as afalsifiable density–topology hypothesis: above a critical local energy-density in a coherentregion, effective topological data governing correlation transport changes discretely, producing thresholded signatures in geometric phase and correlation dynamics. We emphasize aclosure program in which Qν is derived from explicit matching (junction conditions) with aminimal parameter set, while JWST tensions are treated as a target likelihood problem.
