Abstract

Annotation: The paper presents an innovative therapeutic strategy for the treatment of gouty arthritis based on the sequential application of two precision systems. The first phase is copper-based nano-MOF with bidentate ligands (5-oxoproline and gallic acid), which has trigger uricase activity. The second phase is a deep eutectic solvent (DES) based on D-glucosamine, proline and beta-alanine for instant cartilage regeneration.
