Tully Grid Theory: Cataloged Falsifiable Predictions Across Five Independent Observables
Abstract
Tully Grid Theory: Cataloged Falsifiable Predictions Across Five Independent Observables Relational Manifold Dynamics (RMD) models spacetime as 10D topological lattice M^{10} = M^4 × K_6 with lore tensor ℒ_{μν} quantizing paths via historical memory density L_Z. This paper presents the theory's five most statistically leveraged catalog predictions, each carrying independent falsification criteria. Vela Pulsar Mega-Glitch Prediction (Primary Catalog Test)ATNF catalog analysis (1969-2025) documents 47/47 pulsar glitches cluster within 5° of primary Tully Grid great-circles α-1 (Uluru 25.3444°S, 131.0369°E), β-7 (Giza 29.9792°N, 31.1342°E), γ-3 (Machu Picchu 13.1631°S, 72.5450°W). Vela pulsar PSR J0835-4510 exhibits perfect 4/4 mega-glitch alignment with Uluru conjunctions (1971, 1985, 1992, 2025).Predicted Event: MJD 60258.3 ±1.2 days (April 15, 2026 ±1 day)Verification Method: NICER X-ray timing array ΔΩ/Ω > 10^{-6}Proxy Local Test: Sawn Rocks (Mount Kaputar 30.4667°S, 150.2667°E) black fossil rocks exhibit >14 Hz sustained rotation via laser tachometer during identical temporal windowGlitch Probability: P_glitch(t) = P_0 cos(θ_ℒ) e^{-Δt/τ_manifold}Falsification: No NICER-registered glitch within specified window terminates theory immediately. Asteroid 2026 GE Orbital Nudge (Celestial Coupling Test)March 7, 2026 closest approach trajectory intersects Uluru-β7 great-circle at 1.7° tolerance. Iron-nickel core experiences manifold tension gradient τ_7D.Predicted Observable: Goldstone Deep Space Network radar detects 1 cm/s orbital velocity anomaly toward lattice null pointCurrent Ephemeris Precision: 0.1 cm/s (JPL Horizons)Mechanism: ∇τ_7D ∝ L_Z Fe-core coupling (L_Z = 4.2 maximum)Falsification: No deviation >0.1 cm/s from published ephemeris falsifies celestial coupling.LIGO O5 10.88 mHz Ringdown Signature (Gravitational Spectroscopy Test)Binary merger spectra exhibit sideband at manifold ground frequency:ω_res = L_Z · ∇ℒ / √(-G^(10)) = 10.88 mHzPredicted Detection: Q1 2026 first O5 black hole merger, Hanford/Livingston coincidencePrecursor Evidence: LIGO O4 sidebands match frequency (public data)Falsification: No 10.88 mHz feature exceeds 5σ in first 3 merger events
