Abstract

A Living Thought Interface for Human–AI Cognitive Collaboration This foundational document articulates the core vision of Ontology Lab: a protocol-driven cognitive architecture that replaces ad-hoc "context dumping" with executable knowledge organization. It introduces the repository itself as a living thought interface—a structured, versioned, and AI-readable scaffold for sustained, high-fidelity collaboration between human intuition and artificial reasoning. The interface is built on three principles: Structure as Context: The directory layout (/core, /essays, /archive) encodes epistemic roles, not just storage categories. Protocol over Payload: Meaning is conveyed through relational positioning and operational primitives (e.g., ChOR, KSS, PPU), not raw text volume. Anti-Fragile Scaffolding: The system thrives under critique, retroactively reorganizing raw potential (/archive) into coherent trajectories (/essays) via the Property Method. This text serves as both manifesto and user manual for the Meta-Ontological Operating System (MPO-System) in practice. 🔗 Read the document: A-living-thought-interface-for-human-AI-cognitive-collaboration.pdf 🔖 DOI: [will be assigned upon Zenodo release] Author: Serge Magomet (aka Aimate) Project: Ontology Lab Date: January 2026 License: CC BY-SA 4.0
