Abstract

What's new in this release This update adds five fully worked, uniform examples (each provided as Markdown + HTML mirrors) that apply PMS–ANTICIPATION as a structural (non-prognostic, non-psychological, non-coercive) analysis framework. New examples (5): AI Safety Regimes That Become Riskier After First Success Preventive Security Policy Without a Clear Adversary Organizations That Die from Too Much Prudence Morally High Movements That End Up Coercive Tragic Conflicts Misread as Failure Repository structure update The repository now includes: the paper in MD / HTML / PDF shared assets (css/, img/) an examples/ folder containing the five example applications (MD + HTML) Why this matters The examples operationalize the paper's core claim: anticipation is not prediction or action-authorization, but a present structural stance that must remain viable under non-occurrence (Λ) and non-coercive under asymmetry (Ω)—stabilized by distance (Χ), integration (Σ), and self-binding (Ψ).
