Abstract

We present the fifth installment of the Cosmic Holographic Dynamics (CHD) framework, a unified information-theoretic theory of quantum gravity, relativity, and particle physics based on the Information Processing Rate Conservation (IPRC) principle. Building on the foundational works of CHD I (arXiv:7128784, Information Processing Rate Conservation as the Origin of Relativistic Kinematics) and CHD II (arXiv:7128993, Information Processing Rate Conservation as the Origin of Relativistic Time Dilation), this work demonstrates that the Standard Model (SM) of elementary particles is the low-energy effective theory of the quantum information network (QIN)—a discrete lattice of quantum processors evolving under unitary operations that conserve the total information processing rate. Key results include: (1) The SM's U(1)×SU(2)×SU(3) gauge symmetries emerge as the continuum limit of discrete symmetries inherent to the QIN; (2) The Higgs field is identified as a collective excitation of vacuum information processing events, with its potential uniquely determined by the IPRC principle; (3) All SM free parameters are fixed by the QIN's fundamental constants (Planck-scale lattice spacing \(a \sim l_P\), IPRC rate constant \(\kappa\)), eliminating fine-tuning; (4) A novel IPRC-induced Higgs-curvature coupling \(\mathcal{L}_{\text{CHD}} = \xi_H \phi^\dagger \phi R\) is predicted, which can be tested via Higgs decay rate deviations in strong gravitational fields (e.g., near neutron stars). This work completes the CHD framework, unifying quantum information, emergent spacetime, gravity, and particle physics under a single fundamental principle.
