Structural Analysis of Pseudo-White Syntax: A Linguistic Interpretation of Linear Binary Thinking and Japan's Economic Stagnation 疑似ホワイト構文の構造分析:線形二元論と日本経済停滞の言語的解釈

This paper defines and analyzes "Pseudo-White Syntax," a linguistic phenomenon characterized by phrases such as "work-life balance," "open workplace culture," and "growth-oriented environment." While these expressions superficially convey goodwill and consideration, they actually function to conceal intentions of labor avoidance, responsibility avoidance, surveillance avoidance, and exploitation. This study reveals that Pseudo-White Syntax is a linguistic implementation of linear binary thinking, serving as a camouflage device that disguises exploitative intentions—"the desire to receive value without providing anything in return"—as benevolence. The analysis presents: a correspondence table of true intentions and their linguistic conversions (130 elements), quantitative indicators including Pseudo-White Density, an AI-assisted detection system design, and a diagnostic framework based on an organizational infection model. Furthermore, this paper elucidates how job recruitment sites function as the primary source of infection for this syntax, destabilizing Japanese employment through "AI-mediated exploitative syntax matching loops." Japan's "Lost 30 Years" can be reinterpreted not as a failure of economic policy, but as linguistic contamination—a history of exploitative syntax matching.
