Unified Enterprise Performance and Process Management
Abstract
Enterprises increasingly operate through a growing number of disconnected systems, processes, and performance views. Strategic objectives, operational workflows, compliance controls, and IT application landscapes are often managed independently, resulting in fragmented visibility, delayed decision-making, and limited accountability. This paper proposes a sector-agnostic enterprise management model that integrates performance management, business process visibility, standard operating procedures (SOPs), audit traceability, and IT application alignment within a single navigable management framework. The proposed approach does not aim to replace transactional or analytical systems. Instead, it introduces a unifying management layer that connects strategic intent with operational execution and supporting technology. By establishing structured traceability across organizational layers, the model enables executives, business leaders, enterprise architects, managers, and operational staff to operate from a shared enterprise context. The paper presents the conceptual architecture, stakeholder perspectives, operational ownership considerations, and value realization implications, positioning the model as an evolution in enterprise management practice rather than a standalone software solution.
