Abstract

ODGI, a new suite of tools that implements scalable algorithms and has an efficient in-memory representation of DNA variation graphs. ODGI includes tools for detecting complex regions, extracting loci, removing artifacts, exploratory analysis, manipulation, validation, and visualization.
