Abstract

This work introduces the Nonlinear Audit Closure Principle, a universal structural criterion for assessing unconditional regularity and no-escape behavior in nonlinear systems. Rather than proposing explicit solutions or exhaustive computations, the principle formulates a necessary and sufficient audit framework based on three irreducible cuts: (i) uniqueness of the escape channel, (ii) structural incompatibility of the formal extremizer with intrinsic constraints, and (iii) existence of a uniform quantitative deficit enforcing dynamical repulsion. The framework applies to a broad class of problems characterized by blow-up, loss of compactness, spectral drift, or instability, including—but not limited to—the Clay Millennium Problems. Any claimed proof or counterexample must explicitly satisfy this closure criterion in order to be considered structurally complete.
