A Structural Closure Framework for the Riemann Hypothesis
Abstract
This work presents a structural closure framework for the Riemann Hypothesis formulated in the language of unconditional regularity. Rather than addressing individual zeros of the Riemann zeta function, the approach identifies and eliminates all structurally admissible deviation mechanisms from the critical line. The framework is based on three irreducible components: (i) uniqueness of the deviation channel under normalization, (ii) analytic incompatibility of the formal off-critical extremal configuration with the global constraints imposed by the functional equation and Euler product, and (iii) the existence of a uniform spectral deficit enforcing repulsion from off-critical concentration. The result is a no-escape structural formulation: any valid proof or counterexample of the Riemann Hypothesis must explicitly pass through this closure framework in order to be considered complete.
