Abstract

This document defines boundary conditions under which interpretation of behaviour, performance, engagement, compliance, or withdrawal in complex human systems becomes unreliable due to load effects. It does not explain behaviour, propose intervention, or assign causation. Instead, it specifies conditions under which inference loses validity and decisions made on interpretive grounds are likely to exhibit predictable structural error patterns. The statement is preventative, non-prescriptive, and closed. This work is subject to the Irwin Canonical Corpus Freeze Declaration (2026)
