Computational Design of a Multi-Epitope mRNA Vaccine Targeting a Fictional Cordyceps-Like Neurotropic Fungus
Abstract
This work is a fictional, educational project exploring computational vaccinology methods using a Cordyceps-like neurotropic fungus inspired by science-fiction. The pathogen, antigen sequence, and vaccine construct described here are not real and are not intended for laboratory, clinical, or public-health use. The study demonstrates, in a learning context: multi-epitope prediction concepts theoretical population-coverage estimation mRNA vaccine architecture principles in-silico immunoinformatics workflow No experimental work was performed, no biological materials were generated, and no claims of medical efficacy are made. This document is intended solely for education, entertainment, and methodological demonstration.
