Abstract

This research, based on the Yuuki Collapse Theory, proposes an engineering methodology to emulate the logical structure of the 8th-period element (Uue, Atomic Number 119), characterized by High Degrees of Freedom and Marginal Convergence. The essence of this design is not the physical synthesis of Element 119, but the structural emulation of its quantum potential using conventional materials such as Niobium (Nb) through the Yuuki Correction factor (χ).This approach achieves an Effective Parallel Bits (EPB) value exceeding 10 bits per particle, extending beyond conventional material-design limits through engineered structure rather than new elements.
