Abstract

Abstract Title: IQC Framework: A Multidimensional Approach to Qualitative Intelligence and Creative Structures Abstract: The IQC (Intelligence Qualitative Creativity) framework represents the culmination of 45 years of independent research into the mechanics of thought and knowledge synthesis. Moving beyond traditional quantitative metrics of intelligence (IQ), this paper introduces a qualitative model that bridges the gap between cognitive processing and creative output. The IQC model posits that intelligence is not merely a capacity for logic, but a structured qualitative dynamic that governs how information is transformed into original, high-value knowledge. This version (v2) provides the foundational theoretical architecture and methodological tools for analyzing intelligence through the lens of creative complexity. Designed for researchers in cognitive science, philosophy of mind, and strategic knowledge management, the IQC framework offers a new paradigm for understanding the evolution of human intellect in the 21st century.
