Abstract

TECHNICAL ABSTRACT (v2.0) The Fresta Lens Framework (v2.0) is a coherence-based filtering architecture and recursive logic compiler designed to distinguish Signal (structure that preserves system viability) from Noise (entropy that dissipates) across physical, computational, social, and cognitive systems. Unlike descriptive philosophy or post-hoc analysis, the Fresta Lens is a constructive technical framework. It operates as a pre-mathematical diagnostic and corrective mechanism that evaluates whether actions, decisions, or systems preserve future processing capacity under thermodynamic constraints. The framework formalizes a strict distinction between: The Filter — a pre-physical, universal constraint that limits infinity into coherent, finite structure (hardware-level reality constraint). The Lens — an operational strategy applied by agents (human or artificial) to align decisions with those constraints (software-level optimization). CORE MECHANISM The Fresta Lens implements a binary coherence test: Does this action increase or preserve the system’s capacity to exist and process information in the future? Actions that increase entropy beyond regenerative capacity are rejected as invalid (noise), regardless of short-term optimization metrics. Actions that crystallize structure, reduce friction, or preserve coherence are promoted as signal. The framework functions as: a debugger for systemic “kernel panics” in economics, governance, AI, and social systems a pre-filter for artificial intelligence, reducing computational waste by rejecting incoherent inputs before processing a meta-tool for cross-domain optimization, unifying ethics, efficiency, and sustainability under a single thermodynamic criterion SCOPE AND CLAIMS Thermodynamic Claim (Proven): Any system that consumes its substrate faster than regeneration is mathematically terminal. Computational Claim (Hypothesis): Lens-based pre-filtering can reduce AI energy waste by orders of magnitude compared to brute-force architectures. Civilizational Claim (Observable): Current political, economic, and technological systems optimize local metrics that guarantee global collapse. CONTENTS OF THIS DEPOSIT The Manifesto (v2.0): Full theoretical architecture, diagnostic proofs, and cross-domain applications. Conceptual Technical Specification: Executable logic models, pseudo-code, and implementation pathways for AI and systemic governance. POSITIONING This document does not introduce new physical laws.It formalizes coherence constraints that already govern system viability and exposes the consequences of ignoring them. The Fresta Lens is not ideological, moral, or normative. It is a thermodynamic necessity for any system that intends to persist. LICENSING NOTICE (DUAL LICENSE MODEL): To ensure both broad accessibility and economic sustainability, this mechanism is distributed under a Dual Licensing Model: 1. Community & Academic Use: Licensed under GNU AGPLv3. Free for individuals, non-profits, and researchers, provided that any derivative work is also open-sourced. 2. Commercial & Corporate Use: Entities wishing to use this framework in closed-source or for-profit systems must acquire a Commercial License (exempting them from AGPLv3 copyleft requirements). ANTI-ENTROPY CLAUSE: Usage of this mechanism for the intentional generation of disinformation or systemic destabilization is strictly prohibited under both licenses. Copyright © 2025-2026 Tiago J. C.
