Abstract

TECHNICAL ABSTRACT The Fresta Lens is a proprietary filtering protocol and Intuition-to-Logic Compiler designed to measure the thermodynamic coherence of abstract information vectors. Unlike theoretical philosophy (which observes reality), the Fresta Framework is a constructed technical mechanism (v1.0) that functions as an Operating System patch for decision-making processes. It algorithmically distinguishes Signal (structure that endures/negentropy) from Noise (entropy that dissipates) across complex domains: Economics, AI, Governance, and Narrative Structures. CORE MECHANISM: The framework introduces the "Fresta Method," a process specifically engineered to quantize subjective intuition into objective, executable logic. It serves as a debugging tool for systemic "kernel panics" in social and computational systems. CONTENTS OF THIS DEPOSIT: 1. The Manifesto: The theoretical documentation and installation manual. 2. The Code Zero (fresta_core_v01.py): The executable Python proof-of-concept for the coherence algorithm. LICENSING NOTICE (DUAL LICENSE MODEL): To ensure both broad accessibility and economic sustainability, this mechanism is distributed under a Dual Licensing Model: 1. Community & Academic Use: Licensed under GNU AGPLv3. Free for individuals, non-profits, and researchers, provided that any derivative work is also open-sourced. 2. Commercial & Corporate Use: Entities wishing to use this framework in closed-source or for-profit systems must acquire a Commercial License (exempting them from AGPLv3 copyleft requirements). ANTI-ENTROPY CLAUSE: Usage of this mechanism for the intentional generation of disinformation or systemic destabilization is strictly prohibited under both licenses. Copyright © 2026 Tiago J. C.
