Biophysical Optimization of Mitochondrial ATP Synthesis via 670 nm Photonic Lubrication and 432 Hz Acoustic Phase-Locking
Abstract
This paper proposes a theoretical framework for the enhancement of biological computa-tion and metabolic efficiency by addressing the thermodynamic constraints of mitochondrial F0F1-ATP synthase. We demonstrate that the dynamic viscosity (η) of interfacial water (Exclusion Zone or EZ water) acts as a primary physical bottleneck for the rotational ve-locity of molecular motors. Through the application of 670 nm near-infrared (NIR) light, we hypothesize a non-linear reduction in interfacial viscosity, termed “photonic lubrication,” which accelerates ATP production. Furthermore, we examine the role of 432 Hz acousticresonance, based on Pythagorean tuning, in stabilizing the hexagonal lattice of EZ water to induce informational coherence. The integration of these parameters within a PDSCA (Plan-Do-Standardize-Check-Act) cybernetic loop provides a pathway toward a biological “phase transition” characterized by minimized entropy and maximized cognitive output.
