Abstract

Notice: This document represents an early-stage conceptual draft. It has been deposited in this archive primarily to establish academic priority for the core physical hypotheses and experimental proposals (e.g., the local energy density framework). Readers should be aware that the mathematical formalism and numerical calculations herein are preliminary and are currently undergoing rigorous refinement. For the fully calibrated and peer-reviewed mathematical framework regarding the cosmological applications of this theory, please refer to the latest publications of the Primary Energy Research Group. Release Notes for Version 6.0.0 (Engineering Priority Update): Engineering Formalization: This version introduces explicit calculations for vacuum energy density (PE-density) using the vacuum wave impedance constant (Z0 = 377 Ohm). Numerical Predictions: We provide a definitive prediction of a 5 x 10^-14 frequency shift for optical lattice clocks in a static 20 Tesla field. This effect is 10,000 times greater than the sensitivity threshold of modern metrological equipment (10^-18). Extended Experimental Framework: The update includes detailed parameters for the "Magnetic Clock Test," the "Static Muon Decay Test" (predicting an 11 ns lag), and the "Thermal Viscosity Test" (predicting a 13.5 s cooling lag). Legal Priority Claim: A formal "Declaration of Priority" has been added to establish intellectual property rights over the interpretation of field-induced time dilation and the method of creating energy density gradients for non-inertial propulsion. Theoretical Refinement: Added physical interpretation of magnetism as a density gradient and a note on the upcoming derivation of the effective gravitational constant (G-eff). "Movement (velocity) is merely a reflection of energy in dynamics. A reflection cannot influence the internal processes of an object." — S. Yu. Paigachkin
