Multi-Omic Validation of the Genomic FSRE-Boundary Protocol: A Phase-Transition Model of Oncogenesis
Abstract
This study presents an exhaustive validation of the Genomic FSRE-Boundary Protocol, a theoretical framework positing oncogenesis as a dynamical phase transition governed by the λ = 2 Universal Boundary condition. By integrating mathematical principles of FSRE-CANLE (Fibonacci-Segner-Riemann-Euler / Complex Adaptive Non-Linear Equation) with high-throughput genomic data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA), International Cancer Genome Consortium (ICGC), and longitudinal cohorts (TRACERx, GLASS), we interrogate the hypothesis that genomic stability is isomorphic to planetary orbital stability. Our findings provide robust empirical support for the protocol’s core tenets: (1) the Coefficient of Variation threshold CV= 0.25 accurately demarcates chromosomal instability; (2) the F5/J4 pivot value of 5 corresponds precisely to the thermodynamic phase transition threshold for DNA polymerase slippage; and (3) cancer transcriptomes exhibit divergent spectral radii with eigenvalue clustering at λ = −1, consistent with the Jacobsthal regime of coupled oscillators. This work establishes the FSRE-Boundary Protocol as a biologically grounded, predictive framework unifying distinct genomic instability phenotypes under a single dynamical theory.
