General-Purpose R Scripts for Variogram Analysis and Spatial Interpolation

This repository provides general-purpose R scripts for variogram analysis and spatial interpolation of georeferenced environmental data using kriging-based and machine learning–assisted interpolation methods. The scripts are written to be data-agnostic and can be applied to any spatial dataset containing geographic coordinates (e.g., longitude and latitude) and a response variable of interest. Users are expected to supply their own input data in a compatible format and modify file paths as needed.
