SpaceAnimal-VTR: A Video-Text Retrieval Dataset for Model Organism Experiments on the China Space Station
Abstract
SpaceAnimal-VTR is the first video–text retrieval dataset for space life science experiments involving three representative model organisms: Caenorhabditis elegans, Drosophila melanogaster, and Danio rerio. The dataset supports multimodal algorithm research oriented toward space science applications, including video–text retrieval and scientific video understanding.
