Abstract
MediTrack presents a comprehensive, open-source HMS that bridges the gap between costly proprietary software [4] and the needs of resource-constrained facilities. By integrating modular backend services with a responsive frontend, it automates core workflows and achieves 92% accuracy in AI diagnostics. The system’s sub-500ms latency, RBAC security, and flexible deployment options (Kiosk, Mobile) make it a scalable foundation for global healthcare digitization.
