A high-resolution unstable cultivated land dataset in China from 2000 to 2023
Abstract
This dataset captures the spatiotemporal changes of unstable cultivated land in China from 2000 to 2023, covering a 23-year period, with a uniform spatial resolution (30 meters) and a consistent classification system. Primarily based on multi-source data fusion and GIS spatial analysis, the dataset comprises six types of cultivated land that are difficult or unsuitable for long-term stable utilization, updated annually. The dataset employs the WGS-84 coordinate system. The cultivated land categories corresponding to dataset numbers 1-6 are: 1: Sandy desertified cultivated land, 2: Rocky desertified cultivated land, 3: Sloping cultivated land exceeding 25°, 4: Riverine and lacustrine cultivated land, 5: Forest zone cultivated land, 6: Pasture zone cultivated land.
