V68: Minimal Measurement Hook — Connecting ν to Observables
Abstract
V67R2 established that black holes (BH), dark matter (DM), and dark energy (DE) can be derived from a conservation backbone and the triple role of C, with mass reinterpreted as a C² repayment structure. V68 provides the minimal hook connecting the update-rate parameter ν₀/ν∞ to observable quantities without constructing a full theory. We identify ν(r) ≡ dτeff/dt as the effective proper-time tick rate and show that (ν/ν∞)² ≈ −gtt provides GR-compatible correspondence. From this identification, redshift (1+z = ν∞/ν), timing residuals, and noise statistics follow directly. BH corresponds to ν → 0 (hence z → ∞), DM to spatially inhomogeneous ν-landscapes, and DE to a background ν-floor. We list discriminators that separate this interpretation from standard particle-based DM and pure-Λ DE models.
