V71: Re-mapping the ν-Framework into Σ-Space
Abstract
We present V71 as a structural re-mapping of the ν-framework developed in V70 into Σ-space. Rather than introducing new dynamics, this work reformulates observationally constrained ν-data under the Σ-operator, where finite update, absorption, and recordability are treated as explicit coordinates. We show that structures previously interpreted as dark matter, dark energy, and black-hole regimes emerge as distinct, continuous phases in Σ-space. This re-mapping reveals latent organization that is not visible in ν-space alone, clarifying why rate-based descriptions succeed at galactic scales while remaining silent in local tests. V71 thus functions as a coordinate transformation that exposes the geometric content implicit in the ν-framework, preparing the ground for unified observational consolidation.
