V72: Σ-Consistent Observational Consolidation
Abstract
We present V72 as an observational consolidation of the ν-framework under Σ-consistency. Building directly on the Σ-space re-mapping introduced in V71, we jointly place multiple independent observational windows—temporal noise statistics, spatial galactic kinematics and lensing, and extreme black-hole–vicinity variability—onto a single Σ-map without parameter fitting or the introduction of new dynamics. We show that independent ν-projections converge onto consistent Σ-phase regions, while local tests fall into predicted null zones where gradients vanish. V72 therefore strengthens the structural interpretation of dark-matter–like, dark-energy–like, and black-hole regimes as neighboring phases by enforcing cross-window agreement, and it delineates remaining tension regions as targets for future observations.
