Abstract

Annotation: The paper discusses the non-obvious mechanisms of copper-based nano-MOF with bidentate ligands in an innovative therapeutic strategy for the treatment of gouty arthritis based on the sequential use of two precision systems "Two-phase nano-MOF/DES platform for trigger destruction of monourates and synergetic regeneration of the articular matrix: from DFT modeling to in-vivo validation". The first phase is copper-based nano-MOF with bidentate ligands (5-oxoproline, gallic acid, nicotinamide), which has trigger uricase activity and as a synthetic analogue of superoxide dismutase (Cu,Zn-SOD) or galactose oxidase. В работе рассмотрены неочевидные механизмы работы нано-MOF на основе меди с бидентатными лигандами в инновационной терапевтической стратегии лечения подагрического артрита, основанном на последовательном применении двух прецизионных систем «Two-phase nano-MOF/DES platform for trigger destruction of monourates and synergetic regeneration of the articular matrix: from DFT modeling to in-vivo validation».
