Abstract

This paper presents the third installment of the Action Monism (AOT) framework, which models the vacuum as a compressible, inviscid superfluid of Action [cite: 1, 9-10]. It offers hydrodynamic reinterpretations for three long-standing problems in fundamental physics: 1. The Fine-Structure Constant (alpha ~ 1/137):[cite_start]We explore a geometric interpretation where alpha acts as a coupling parameter for impedance matching between the electron's vortex structure and the vacuum's characteristic impedance (Z0) [cite: 12, 51-52]. 2. d'Alembert's Paradox and ZPE:[cite_start]The Zero-Point Energy (ZPE) oscillation is interpreted as a mechanism of "fluidization" (analogous to granular physics) that prevents the vacuum from exerting drag on inertial motion, thus resolving d'Alembert's paradox [cite: 13, 27-28]. 3. Dark Matter as ZPE Pressure:We propose that "Dark Matter" effects are not caused by hidden particles but by macroscopic pressure gradients in the ZPE field. [cite_start]These gradients exert a confining force on galactic vortices, naturally sustaining high rotational velocities [cite: 15, 69-71]. Keywords:Action Monism, Fine-Structure Constant, Impedance Matching, Zero-Point Energy, d'Alembert's Paradox, Dark Matter, Vacuum Hydrodynamics.
