Abstract

This document presents a 16-week independent pilot study investigating the effects of the dietary supplement Pineal 10x on hormonal balance and sleep architecture. In an open-label trial with 28 healthy adult completers, supplementation was associated with a significant reduction in evening salivary cortisol and concurrent improvements in actigraphy-measured sleep efficiency and consolidation. No significant changes were observed in serum melatonin or other major endocrine axes. The findings suggest the supplement's effects may be mediated through adaptogenic modulation of stress physiology rather than direct pineal activation, highlighting the need for placebo-controlled research to confirm these preliminary results.
