Abstract

We demonstrate that vacuum velocity measurements (always c) do not refute the Structured Vacuum Theory (TVS) prediction of torsional waves at vt = 23c ≈ 4.8c. The discrepancy arises because conventional detectors measure electromag- netic energy, not vacuum torsional structure. The torsional wave acts as a “pilot wave” that preconditions vacuum channels, enabling subsequent energy propagation at velocity c. We propose that quantum entanglement corresponds to microscopic Closed Timelike Curves (CTCs) in the helical vacuum geometry, resolving Ein- stein’s “spooky action at a distance” through G ̈odel-type causality at Planck scale. Three falsifiable experiments with attosecond resolution can detect the pre-signal and validate TVS within current technological capabilities.
