Functoriality of Khovanov-Rozansky Homology and the Categorification of Quantum Invariants
Abstract
We construct a strictly functorial extension of sl(N) link homology to the category of link cobordisms via derived categories of matrix factorizations over singular hypersurfaces, establishing invariance under Reidemeister moves up to chain homotopy.
