This project presents a lightweight simulation framework for analyzing coordination failure and resilience in autonomous defensive swarms operating under adversarial pressure. The model focuses on decision-layer autonomy rather than low-level control, enabling the study of symmetry, leadership, deception, and delayed reward dynamics in a simplified but expressive environment
