Abstract

This dataset, AortaSeg-60, is a curated collection of 60 computed tomography angiography (CTA) and non-contrast CT scans of the aorta, along with their corresponding fully automated segmentations generated by the TotalSegmentator-AI algorithm. See Readme.md file for more info on the project.
